TKO PUNCH Final Punchout and Turnover Specialists was founded by Kevin Paul after years of hands-on experience in cabinet installation and residential construction.

While working on multifamily properties and residential projects, Kevin repeatedly saw builders and property managers struggling to find dependable contractors to complete final punch work and close projects on time. At the same time, punch work had become a major part of his own day-to-day experience in the cabinet industry. Recognizing the growing demand for reliable finishing and turnover services, he created TKO PUNCH to help fill that gap.
