Yes. We offer punch-list-only inspections and can organize reports by trade if needed for easier project coordination and accountability.

Yes, with approval from the appropriate party. On larger construction sites, approval must come from the project manager. For residential real estate, approval typically comes from the inspector, agent, or owner. For apartment turnovers, approval must come from ownership or management.

Our punchout services are available at any stage of the project but we generally focus on the final touches once the contractor is “finished” and has moved on.

No, we don’t manage entire renovations or builds. However, depending on our schedule and crew availability, we can handle smaller tasks. We focus on time-sensitive emergency work so we don’t commit to long-term projects.
